IT WAS A GREAT EVENT! THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED OUT WITH AND PARTICIPATED IN THE EVENT. Here are the Need for Speed and Bumps Results and the Rail Jam and Big Air Results. Here is a slideshow of the photos from the weekend.
Sunlight kicks off its 41st birthday bash, the Roaring Fork Volvo Ski Spree, with live music by Kirk Radomski in the Last Turn Lounge. Do you have a free-ski comp this year? how do I sign up or qualify?
December 1st, 2007 at 11:24 am
We will have multiple competitions for Ski Spree this year. Over the course of 2 days, we will have the need for speed race, bumps competition, rail jam, and a big air competition. At the beginning of January, I will be putting the registration information as well as the liability forms online so everyone can pre-register. If you have any questions, please let me know - my email is events@sunlightmtn.com.
Thanks!

Chris - try the link again. For some reason, some names didn’t show up on the first set of results. Thanks for coming up for the comps - keep March 22-23 in mind for the next big air, rail jam and a boarder/biker/skier cross as well!

Hi Angie. For some reason my computer is having a hard time viewing the slideshow. If you happen to have any shots of Brandon Cannon from either the Big Air or Rail Jam we would love it if you could e-mail them to us.
Thanks so much!!!!!!!!! Tracey

What exactly was he wearing - both clothes and helmet/goggles? I’ll go through them as soon as possible!

He was in a red and black striped short sleeved shirt with a collar. He had an army green helmet, white goggles and his board is bright yellow on the bottom with black lettering that says “FLOW”. I know your busy and I so appreciate your time! Have a great day!
